He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gray Duke; his children, Joey Duke (Lindsay) and Jordan Thomas (JT); his adoptive daughter Tina Lewis; his grandchildren, Michael Watson, Kyson Thomas, Austin Watson, Kayden Duke and Grayleigh Thomas; his brother Russ Duke (Lin); his mother-in-law Brenda Perry (Wilbur); and his brother-in-law Keith Gray.
