He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Rollins and Lloyd Rollins; his son Russell Brian; and his son-in-law Jeremy Gould. He is survived by: his wife Monica Rollins; his children, James Christopher Rollins (Andrea), Jeffrey Rollins (Monica), Richard Rollins (Kathryn), Lisa Rollins, Doug Rollins (Michelle), Eric Rollins (Stephanie) and Nicole Holbrook (David); his grandchildren, Andrew R., Jamie R., Russel Jacob R., Brooke Lindsey Miralia (James), Michaela R., Matthew R., Justin R., Hannah R., Ashlynn Grace Gould, Benjamin R., Michael R., Nicholas R, Emma R., Anna Gould, Jackson Gould, Alexander Gould and Luke Gould; and his brother Joseph W. Rollins. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1000 N Jefferson Ave, Goldsboro, NC 27530). The military honors will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Hampton National Cemetery.
