She is survived by: her children, Gerry N. Phelps Jr. (Christina) and Lisa J. Phelps; her grandsons, Gerry N. Phelps III, Matthew P. Phelps and Thomas E; her great grandchild Ryker W. Phelps of Goldsboro; and her brother Peter J. Leonard (Elin Leonard) of Henniker, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews she loved.
