He is survived by: his significant other Diane Jefferson; his daughter Ashlee Schallert (Chris); his grandchildren, Kya, Ethan, Catie, Dylan and Katherine; his father Gordon Wells; his stepmother Glenda Wells; his brothers, Michael (Molly), Scotty (Diane) and Kevin (Chrissy); and his stepsister Michelle Long (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In honor of Jeff's generous spirit, the family asks that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
