He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Parker and Audrey Allison Parker. He is survived by: his friend Jim Dodrill; his wife Nancy Parker; his children, Kristin Koekkoek (Frank), Jack Ryan Parker and Kyle Bryce Parker; his grandchildren, Carleigh Koekkoek, Kamdyn Koekkoek, Kyndall Koekkoek, Kailyn Koekkoek, Konner Koekkoek and Gavin Parker; his siblings, Jeroldine Owens (Rodney), Stanley Parker and Ricky Parker; and his goddaughter Alyssa Lackey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wayne Memorial Park (2925 US-117, Dudley, NC 28333).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Relay for Life or Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, whose compassionate care brought great comfort during Jerry's final days.
