She is survived by: her husband Michael Diekman; her children, Michael Shelp and Michelle Kennedy (Nick); her grandchildren, Christina, Emily, Connor, Courtney and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Avery, Aubrey, Kaydin, Bryn, Christian and Evelynn; her mother Doris Carnese; and her siblings, Jill Cook (Mike), Doreen Obetz and Joe Carnese (Jean).
