With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Tarrott Mitchell (Goldsboro, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Carl Mitchell; and her parents, Oaksia Bradley Tilson and Harvey Macon Parrott. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Thomas Mitchell and Carla Mitchell Anderson; her stepchildren, Sandra O'Neal, Ronnie Mitchell, Dennis Mitchell and Teresa Gibson; and her siblings, Irene Wills, Alton Parrott and Macon Parrott. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; along with numerous extended family members, dear friends.
