He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cabana Stevens; his children, Dawn Stevens Cox (Jimmy) and Adam Stevens (Leslie); his grandchildren, Matthew Cox, Melissa Cox Whitt (Alex), Monica Cox, Alexandria Stevens and William Stevens; his great grandchild Ivey Jo Whitt; and his sister Sara Herring.
