He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell and Viola Conner Miller; his wife Valerie Miller; and his brother Donald Miller. He is survived by: his children, Russell Miller (Lyn) of Goldsboro, Donna Aguilar (Gabby) of Shallotte and Gina Chapman (Kevin) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sisters, Carol Anne Miller and Mildred Weikle (Elwin) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Ryan (Jamie) and Emma Chapman; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Jake and Ryan Grey.
