She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hall and Ellen Sullivan Hall Blizzard; her stepfather Joe Blizzard; her siblings, Kenneth Blizzard, Joan Smith and Tami Hill; her brother-in-law Wayne Jones; and her nephew Stephen Blizzard.
She is survived by: her sons, Jamie Parrish of Goldsboro, Donald Parrish (Suzanne) of Pikeville and Paul Parrish (Melanie) of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Brittany Cox (Ashton), Megan Thompson (Samuel), Joshua Parrish and Katlyn Parrish; her great grandchild Elijah Cox; and her siblings, Buck Blizzard (Jackie), Laura "Donnie" Jones, Ann Potter (Charles) and Billie Jo Paxton (Tom). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
