She is survived by: her mother Lelia Bethea Coley (Ivory) of La Grange; and her siblings, James Thomas Deans Jr. (Vera) of Goldsboro, David Joel Bethea of Goldsboro, Alma Richards (Otis) of Kinston, Juanita Fountain of Charleston, SC, Janet Bethea of Monroe and Tara RaOoh (Nakim) of Atlanta.
