He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Eubanks and Maxine Eubanks; and his sister Phyllis Baker. He is survived by: his wife Ava Ellen Jackson Eubanks; and his siblings, Alice Eubanks Baker (Robert), Lanora Eubanks Lester (Randy) and Douglas Eubanks (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Phil's memory to the charity of one's choice.
