She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Howell and Laurah Howell; her husband Arthur Paul Culbreth; her son Jeffrey Allen Culbreth; and her sister JoAnn Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Culbreth (Christy) and Pam Culbreth; her grandchildren, Jennifer Strickland (Nicholas), Jacob Culbreth and Alyssa Culbreth (Wesley Case); her great grandchildren, Carsyn Rose and Lainey Strickland; and her friend Anita Baker.
