He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lawton Casey and Ethel Elizabeth Casey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jones Casey; his stepchildren, Stephen Bowman, Warren Bowman (Kara) and Wanda Bowman; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Bredbenner (Matthew) and Clay Arnold; and his brothers, Sam and Fred Casey. He is also survived by three step-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
