He is survived by: his brother James Wiggins; his wife Judy Turner; his daughters, Kim Phillips (Viking) of Surf City, NC and Sherry Bartlett (Nick) of Goldsboro, NC; his grandchildren, Brittany Wright (Leeper), Kristina Downs (Phillips), Jessica Brown (Leeper), Kasey Jernigan (Phillips), Meghan Best (Bartlett), Brett Bartlett and Brooks Bartlett; and his pet Little Bit. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
