He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Davis Stilwell; his stepdaughter Diane Deaver (Durwood) of Pikeville; his sister Rebecca Mack of Denver; and his stepgrandchildren, Dawn Lanier (Ken), Kimberly Deaver, Robbie Thompson (Libby), Matthew Thompson (Jeni), D. R. Deaver (Kim) and Danny Deaver.
