He was predeceased by: his wife Rannette Stancill; his siblings, Carolyn Pillow of Houston and Ralph Stancil of Arlington, VA; and his daughter Debbie Irvin of Fremont, NC.. He is survived by: his children, Tasha Stancill (Jimmy Miller) of Washington, DC, Stacey Carter (Jimmy Carter) of West Virginia and Raymond Kirk Jonus (Jima Jonus) of Alabama; and his sister Donna Mullins of Arlington, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
