He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Frederick and Josephine Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Lee Frederick; his sons, Neil Frederick (Kathy) and Ty Frederick (Leslie); his stepchildren, Christopher Howell, Matthew Howell (Sarah), David Howell and Haylee Midla (Josh); his grandchildren, Zachary, Asher, Annabelle, Tristan, Sarah, Ellie, Savannah and Stella; and his siblings, Julia Harris (Bill), Kathy Winslow (Will) and David Frederick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery (3888 US Hwy 70 W, Goldsboro, NC 27530).
