He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Proctor, Sr. and Elizabeth Parrott Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Snow Miller Proctor; his children, Ann Ham (Darrell) and Richard S. Proctor, III (Shelly); his grandchildren, Paige Ham (Elizabeth), Meredith Harrison (Josh), Meredith Best and Emma Proctor; and his great grandchildren, Brody Harrison, Payton Ham and Caden Harrison.
The family requests that donations be made to the Grantham Volunteer Fire Department in Richard's memory, or to another charity of your choice.
