He was predeceased by: his parent Lessie Mae Ward; and his siblings, Hope Willoughby and Stanley Witherington. He is survived by: his wife Frances Diane Jernigan Ward; his children, Michael J. Ward (Karen), Tabitha Christy Baxley and Susan Brewcznski (Allen); his grandchildren, Blake Parker (Katherine), Dalton Ward (Bryanah), Derek Ward, Jeanelle Ward, Jordan Highland and Madison Highland; his great grandchildren, Connor Parker, Kane Parker, Elly Parker and Colby Parker; and his sister Faith Ward.
Ricky was also a dedicated Mason, holding dear the principles of brotherhood, charity, and integrity.
