He is survived by: his wife Merry Hatfield Hocutt; and his daughters, Marian Dicus and Heather Carlson (Tony).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Baptist Tabernacle Church Cemetery (1599 NC-231, Wendell, NC 27591).
