Maxwell; and her siblings, Carrie Oates, Annie Laurie Kelly, Lillian Swinson, Virginia Bluestein, James Robert Kelly (Buddy), Dave Kelly, Ed Kelly, Perry Kelly, Albert Kelly, Henry Kelly and Lawrence Butler.
She is survived by : her children, Kelly Lockamy Betters of Garner and Thomas B. Lockamy, Jr. of Goldsboro; and her grandchildren, Bill Betters, Patrick Betters (Robin), Thomas Betters (Sara), Nicolas, Olivia and Banks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
