He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Moore Korschun and Sanford L. Korschun (Thomas Robins); and his sister Martha Elizabeth Korschun. He is survived by: his daughter Martha Ann Korschun; his grandchildren, Tatum Baker and Zanaya Baker; his pets, Oliver, Mosa, Lambert, Presley and Chesney; the mother of his child Frankie Korschun Franks; and his siblings, Blair Korschun, Eva Simmons and Suzanne Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to a local animal shelter of choice, in honor of Sam's love for all animals.
