He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Dean and Helen Privette Dean. He is survived by: his daughters, Alison Dean (Phillip Creech) and Stephanie Wellons (Wiley); his grandson Gabriel Prickett; his siblings, Jerry Dean and Sandra Peedin (Jim); his niece Laura Moushey; and his nephew Timothy Dean. He is also survived by his family, friends.
