He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Brooks Sullivan and Velma Rose Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Sullivan (Rhonda) and Melissa Jones (Taylor); his grandsons, Arthur and Andrew; and his siblings, Sonny Sullivan (Debbie) and Teresa Winders. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Nahunta Volunteer Fire Department in honor of Terry's many years of dedicated service.
