It is with sadness that the passing of Vicky Lynch of Goldsboro, North Carolina is shared. Vicky, born on October 27, 1943, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Fidelis Tart and Margileen Parker Tart; her husband Alton Lee Lynch; her siblings, Janet Esther Tart and Kyle Fidelis Tart; and her brother-in-law Rodney Paul.
She is survived by: her siblings, Keith Frederick Tart (Rosalyn), Curtis Phillip Tart (Wanda), Dwight Franklin Tart (Ernestine), Bruce Gregory Tart (Dale), Timothy Preston Tart (Mari Estela) and Andrea Paul; and her sister-in-law Joanne Tart.
