She is survived by: her children, James Michael Herlihy of Goldsboro, NC, Mary Herlihy Flint (Peter) of Loveland, OH and Daniel Todd Herlihy of Goldsboro, NC.; her grandchildren, Zachary Flint of New York, NY, Dr. Lillie Campbell (Ryan) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Joseph Herlihy of Philadelphia, PA, Thomas Herlihy of New Bern, NC and Kathryn Herlihy of Tallahassee, FL.; and her great grandchild Margaret Mae Campbell (Maggie). She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, their spouses, and their children.
