He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis; his sons, Robert (Stephanie Lewis), Jeff (Jennifer Lewis) and Eric (Jennifer Lewis); and his grandchildren, Camden, Kira, Dax, Braxton, Austin, Annslea, Jackson, Hunter and Connor.
