He is survived by: his wife Angela Jones Goff; his children, Donna Goff Luper and Michael Goff; his sister Pearl Smith; his grandchildren, Kimberly Barnett (Joey), Stephanie Luper, Breanna Sasser, Brittany Goff and Michael Paul Goff; his great grandchildren, Emmaleigh, Christian, Elijah, Ariah and Katanaj; and his stepdaughters, Katherine Tevepaugh and Kimberly Tevepaugh.
