He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Phipps; his children, Halye Rarick (Michael), Kristin M. Pace, Bryan H. Weeks (Kristen), Walter Barry Phipps and Cameron Weeks (Gabby); and his sisters, Diane Harrison and Anna Gardner. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
