He is survived by: his mother Reba Wester Barnes; his wife Linda Unklesbay Barnes; his son Bruce Barnes (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ryan Barnes (Kayla), Ashley Barnes Pate (Jordan), W. M. Zachary Barnes (Kayla), Ben Barnes (Greysi) and Mary Barnes; and his siblings, Doyce Barnes, Jr. (Sherll), Kim Barnes (Stacy) and Debbie Barnes Webb (Bert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
