He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Bizzell and Jessie Kearns Bizzell. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Hill Bizzell; his children, William Scott Bizzell and Jessica Leigh Bizzell Worrell; and his grandsons, William Douglas Sutton and Harrison Lee Sutton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Methodist Church (204 E Chestnut St, Goldsboro, NC 27530). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Billy's memory to St. Paul Methodist Church, 204 E. Chestnut Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
