He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hilton Winders, Sr. and Rosalee Brock. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Linton Winders; his sons, Rodney Winders (Tricia), Hilt Winders III (Ginger), Robert Winders (Amber) and Rusty Winders (Paige); his grandchildren, Seth Winders, Jacob Fletcher, Eli Winders, Jeremiah Winders, Luke Winders, Ayden Winders, Ryan Winders, Dylan Winders, Jack Winders and Wyatt Winders; and his siblings, Peggy Sandberg (Gary), Ricky Winders (Shirley) of Fremont and Randy Winders (Wanda) of Pikeville.
