He is survived by: his sons, Nick Summerlin (Brandy Bolens) and Trey Summerlin; his girlfriend Donna Cannon; his granddaughters, Alivia and Ava Summerlin; his niece Brittney Adler (Derek); his great-nephews, Jack and Henry Adler; and his cousin Linda Juba.
