He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Outland Mozingo (Ricky) of Pikeville and Felix Gurley (Gloria) of Princeton; his sisters, Angela Gurley Ayers and Heather Perkins (Keith); his siblings' children, Kelsee Ayers, Brooklyn Perkins, Abbey Perkins, Tyson Ayers, Shane Ayers and Dylan Perkins; his significant other Willie; his aunt Debbie Outland; and his stepsiblings, Scarlet Medlin (Chad) and Richie Kirby.
