She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Raymond'Ray'Fogleman. She is survived by: her children, Natalie Elaine Hayes, Jonathan Ray Hayes and David Chandler Hayes; her mother Carol Johnson Fogleman; her sister Kim Fogleman Del Favero; her siblings-in-law, Kathy Hayes, Alan Hayes, Don Del Favero, Jimmy Hayes and Terri Hayes; her mother-in-law Myrna Hayes; her nephew Tyler Schofer; her nieces, Caroline Schofer, Lanie Schofer, Mary Lee Hayes and Emma Hayes; and her father-in-law Harold Hayes.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Summit Church (1485 Mebane Oaks Rd, Mebane, NC 27302).
