He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardell Linnie Conner and Annie Bertha Briggs Conner; his wife Edith Wilson Conner; his daughter Rosemary Compton Porter; and his granddaughter Carrie Dora Eastwood.
He is survived by: his brother Ernest Conner (Barbara); and his children, Ross Wayne Compton (Donna), Rita Anne Crabtree (Fred) and Phyllis Conner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
