He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Dickens of Gibsonville, Ben Dickens of Burlington and Danny Dickens of Gibsonville; and his siblings' children, Kathleen Dickens, Brooke Burlingame, Christa Rutledge and Charles William Dickens. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
