She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Swanson Averette; and her parents, Reuben Hoskins and Cordie Bell Hensley Hoskins. She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Zornes (Kenneth) of Mebane, Jerrie Averette of Graham, Robert Swanson Averette, Jr. of Snow Camp and Jeff Averette (Candice) of Mint Hill, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
