She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Boggs and Margaret Boggs; and her husband Billy Modlin.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Salem United Methodist Church (4924 Salem Church Rd, Haw River, NC 27258).
