He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Woodworth and Genevieve Woodworth (Reynolds); and his sisters, Alice Hutchison (LeRoy), Shirley Ullman (Charles), Mary Krantz (Greg), Ida Woodworth and Martha Woodworth.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Woodworth (late Sheila) of Cumby, TX, Christian Woodworth (late Cheryl) of Jasper, TN, David Woodworth of Olean, NY. and Judy Dry (Richard) of Graham, NC.; his grandchild Ashley (Jayson); and his brothers, James Woodworth, Charles Woodworth (Betina), Douglas Woodworth (Sharon) and Thomas Woodworth.
