He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Franklin and Veda Kight Roberts; and his sister Conelia Brazelton. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brazelton Roberts; his sons, Fred Roberts, Jr., Dexter Roberts (Lynette) and Art Roberts (Jamie); his grandson Nathan Roberts (Olivia); his stepgrandchildren, Hannah Guthrie (Blake), Hiliary Milam-Adams (Todd) and Hunter Milam (Victoria); his great grandchildren, Adelynn Roberts and Theodore Roberts; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Louis Milam, Finley Guthrie and Kip Milam; and his nieces, Sherry Picklesimer (Jeff) and Sue Brazelton.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the First Baptist Church of Graham (224 N Main St, Graham, NC 27253). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to The Backpack Ministry of First Baptist Church Graham.
