He is survived by: his wife Jeanette McCardle Tice; his daughter Donna Jean Tice; his grandchildren, Britney Killingsworth (TC), Jamie Dowling (Merilyn), Kevin Tice and Jacob Thomas; his great grandchildren, Kara Brooke Killingsworth, Briley Killingsworth, Nathan Tice, Whitten Bradley, Jameson Dowling and Elijah Tice; and also, Willie Mae Jones (Luther) and Namon Tice. He is also survived by sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
