She was predeceased by: her husband William Herman "Bill" Dishner, Jr.; her parents, George Milburn Owens and Pauline Cregger Owens; her siblings, Janice O. Taylor and George T. "Tom" Owens; her siblings-in-law, Ruth D. Dunavant, Debra M. Owens and Bill Taylor; her grandson Jamison Dalton; and her nephews, Jamie Owens and Kent Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Betsi Lynne Dishner Kizziah (Barry) of Burlington, Beth Anne Dishner Smith (Ron) of Burlington and William Chad Dishner (April) of Burlington; her grandchildren, William Caleb Dishner (Michaela), Cassidy Paige Kizziah (John Teague), Sidney Anne Dishner Bartlett (Chad), Ragan Nichole Kizziah Swain (Coleman), Grayson Olivia Dishner Crea (Grayson), Ronnie Dean Smith (Leah) and Jacob Alexander Smith (Amanda); her great grandchild Addison Lee Dishner; her siblings, Linda Owens Blevins, James R. "Jim" Owens, Jesse L. Owens (Lisa) and Lester B. Owens; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Owens, Tessie Hayes, Clifton "Bimbo" Blevins, Bill Dunavant and Patrick L. Dishner (Jan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Graham Presbyterian Church (216 W Harden St, Graham, NC 27253).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund at Graham Presbyterian Chuch, 216 W. Harden Street, Graham, NC 27253.
