She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Walter (Helen Roberts Conway) and Jesus. She is survived by: her husband Jim Cook; her sons, Kevin Cook (Tracy), Craig Cook (Rachel), Carlton Cook (Karen) and Christopher Cook (Courtney); her grandchildren, Erin Clapp (Caleb), Mikaela Johnston (Will), Morgan Cook, Jenna Gilliam (Jacob), Madi Cook, Nathan Cook, Jadyn Patrick (Will), Daniel Cook, Ethan Cook and Anna Cook; and her great grandchildren, Peyton Clapp, Owen Clapp, Ellie Johnston, Marley Clapp, Ryder Johnston and Davis Johnston.
