With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Juanita McKinney Braxton (Graham, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Juanita left this world on June 26, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen McKinney and Ruby Della Smith McKinney; and her brothers, Doyle, Harold, Wallace and Stephen McKinney.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Braxton (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Janice Braxton, Sheri Braxton Whittington, Donald Rickert, Travis Rickert, Braxton Rickert and Dustin Rickert. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
The lying in state will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Center Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
