He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Person, Sr. and Lillian Ruth Willis Person; his friend Laura Denise Carr; and his brothers, Robert D. Moore and William Smith.
He is survived by: his sisters, Daisy Everett (Grover), Geraldine Worthington (James), Barbara Pearson and Bessie Candice; his nephew Elder Terry Moore; his great-aunt Rev. Maxine Barnes; and his cousins, Ellis Ray Jones and Evangeline Wilson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Conetoe Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (200 S Railroad St, Conetoe, NC 27819). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
