He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Lawrence Bolyard and Wilsie Campbell Bolyard. He is survived by: his wife Faith Ann Amos Bolyard; his sons, Andrew (Brittney) of Louisville, KY and Matthew Bolyard (Tracy) of Graham, NC.; his grandsons, Jack, Josh, Noah, Sam of Louisville, Logan and Ashton of Graham; his siblings-in-law, Holly Amos, Jenny Amos and David Schoewe; his brother Larry; his niece Lindsay; his in-laws, Albert and Frances Amos; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Amos and Janice Amos. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
