He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Crumpler and Geneva Warren Crumpler; and his siblings, Ted Crumpler, Linwood Crumpler, Aubrey Crumpler, Robert Crumpler, Joyce Poole and Carolyn Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Crozier; his sister Frances Keen; and his sister-in-law Ohna Crumpler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
