It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Randall Lowe of Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Elbert Lowe Jr. and Opal Vernette Usery Hanks; his sister Regenia Hanks Hobby; his nephew Jayme Belonge; and his father-in-law Lawrence Watkins (Pee Wee).

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Watkins Lowe; his son Austin Ryan Sessoms; his siblings, Cindy Badillo, Brenda Hanks Green and Jimmy Hanks; and his nieces, Ashley, Tonya and Misty.
